Come and pitch with us.

We hire people who read too much, ring editors without being asked and write a pitch like a letter. Three roles are open across Lisbon and Copenhagen.

I joined as a junior and ran my first launch in month five. Nobody here waits for you to be ready, they just sit next to you on the call.

My month in Lisbon changed how I pitch. I came back to Copenhagen with a notebook of editors and a much shorter email.

What you get

  • Every title, paid for

Print and digital subscriptions to anything you read for work, no form to fill in.

  • Four day August

Both studios close on Fridays in August. Editors are on holiday anyway.

  • Thirty days off

Plus your birthday and the day after the biggest launch of your year.

  • A month in the other studio

After your first year, spend four weeks in Lisbon or Copenhagen, flat included.

  • Training that counts

A budget of €1,500 a year for courses, festivals or the writing class you keep putting off.

  • Lunch at the long table

Cooked in the studio on Wednesdays, by whoever lost the pitch of the week.

How we hire

Four steps, about three weeks from your pitch to an answer.

  1. Send a pitch

Pick a brand you love and pitch it to us in under two hundred words. Add a CV if you like, we read the pitch first.

  2. Talk to a director

Forty minutes on a call about what you read and who you would ring. No case studies, no trick questions.

  3. Spend a paid day with us

Sit in the studio, join the morning meeting and write one real pitch with the team. We pay the day either way.

  4. Hear back in a week

An offer or a clear no, with the reasons, within seven days of your studio day.

Not on the list? Send us your best pitch.
